I helped scale the Minted.com business and design team with founders Mariam and Melissa. As the Senior Director of User Experience, I was responsible for all of Minted’s UI, for both consumer and internal tools. I managed design and development and seasonal production teams. I also have a Minted UI patent (US Pat. D700191) .
